  • Long Radius Elbow

Long radius (L/R) elbows have a 1.5D radius, which is equal to 1.5 x NPS in inch units. ASME B16.9 standard long radius elbows can be further divided into 90° and 45° types based on how the flow direction changes.

  • Long Radius Returns

Long-radius (L/R) 180° returns made according to ASME B16.9 can change the flow of fluid to go in the same direction but in the opposite direction. It looks like half of a circle was cut out. The L/R return is also known as the "180° L/R bend."

  • Short Radius Elbow

Type: 45 degree 90 degree Size:1/2"-48" Wall Thickness:SCH5S-SCHXXS Material Grade: Nickel Alloy Carbob Steel Low Alloy Steel Low Temp Carbon steel Duplex and Super Duplex Steel Stainless Steel High Strength Ferritic Steel Titanium Cu Ni Alloy

  • Long Radius Reducing Elbows

The reducing elbow is called that because it looks like an elbow and a reducing piece put together. The centerline radius of a long radius elbow is 1.5 times the nominal size of the pipe, or 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe.

  • Short Radius 180-deg Returns

Type: 180 degree Size:1/2"-24" Wall Thickness:SCH5S-SCHXXS Material Grade: Nickel Alloy Carbob Steel Low Alloy Steel Low Temp Carbon steel Duplex and Super Duplex Steel Stainless Steel High Strength Ferritic Steel Titanium Cu Ni Alloy

  • 3D Elbows

Type: 45 degree 90 degree Size:1/2"-48" Wall Thickness:SCH5S-SCHXXS Material Grade: Nickel Alloy Carbob Steel Low Alloy Steel Low Temp Carbon steel Duplex and Super Duplex Steel Stainless Steel High Strength Ferritic Steel Titanium Cu Ni Alloy

  • Reducing Outlet Tees Reducing Outlet Crosses

The equal tee (also called a straight tee) is used when the branch and the run-pipe have the same diameter. The reducing tee is used because the run-pipe is wider than the branch.

  • Straight Tees and Crosses

Size:1/2"-48" Wall Thickness:SCH5S-SCHXXS Material Grade: Nickel Alloy Carbob Steel Low Alloy Steel Low Temp Carbon steel Duplex and Super Duplex Steel Stainless Steel High Strength Ferritic Steel Titanium Cu Ni Alloy

  • Lap Joint Stub Ends

A stub end and a lap-joint ring flange that goes over the stub end. Then, the stub end is butt-welded to the pipe, and the flange ring can be turned to line up with the flange that goes with it. This type of flange connection is good for flanges that are big or hard to adjust.

  • Caps

The end of a pipe is covered by a pipe fitting called a stainless steel butt weld cap.
